Lived in Las Vegas since 67, had beautiful home on Alta, at one time a very Hoy Paloy address. Now the ghetto is rapidly devouring it. Worked the strip for 40 years. Sold Alta and cleared $600,000, cause I paid $32,000 in 67. Now bear in mind N Las Vegas was always a s-hole where we went to target practice. Then some rip off real estate con artists like the 2 Humpbacks from Dallas came out and started developing the awful N Las Vegas. And I fell for it since the crime and bad element was slowly swallowing my area. BIGGGGG MISTAKE. EVERY piece of trash from everywhere has moved in out here, my home is valued at $700,000 and we just moved into 1st place in America for # 1 most dangerous. We just had our security system evaluated and had to up date it. I could go on for hours 2 years at Binions. 20 years at Sands 6 years at Wynn, all games and Limo driver, so I have seen it all, I regret so much moving to N. Las Vegas, meth labs , people walking around like the walking dead and The Police Dept, 1 hour and 43 min for 911. Ok Ok I will shut up for now, if ever want to talk , u have my e mail.
