The official FEC expenditure records show that in 2018 Heroes United PAC paid numerous companies, and Tampa Media is fourth on the list So it is not correct to say that all the money is distributed to an Alan Dowds of Tampa Media. A quick check of his marketing firm and address leads to a front in Florida with barely a business. Tons of money is being sent there and this guy has Twitter photo’s of him with Mike Pence.
