In reply to Clare. Did the voice actually say LA police? Generally, the pitch is national and not any specific location. But if LA was mentioned , you could more easily approach the LAPD or the California Attorney General's office.

Hello! Here from a Google search. I’m getting about 12 of these calls daily from basically the same organization but sometimes they’ll say police sometimes they’ll say firefighters and it’s driving me BONKERS. I don’t answer the calls or engage at all with the stupid robot but they never stop. What else can be done? Here’s the information for this asshole who runs this whole scam thing:
