I want to support autistic children, but I had never heard of this outfit before, so rather than make a donation over the phone, I pledged $25 to the robo-caller. When the pledge package arrived, I started digging by Googling ‘whose campaigns have been supported by “disabled children” PAC.’ NewToLasVegas.com came right in on top. followed by OpenSecrets.org indicating (from last filing 2020) 93% Fundraising, 0.44% Campaign Expenses & Contributions with balance to assorted “research,” “media” and other operational expenses. Third hit gave pretty much the same story with coverage of dozens of scam PACS from “the pigpen[s] of political funding” that “have so far eluded most [FEC] enforcement.” Thanks for your good work and interesting/entertaining website!
