There can’t be a home within a 1 mile radius.
Then the City can build a taxpayer funded facility behind fencing…this gives the homeless shelter, food and medical.
And here’s the best part…these people can’t leave this rural taxpayer funded facility until they can get sober(shh..don’t admit this) and they can retain employment.
I don’t want homeless walking the streets because it makes our communities look like garbage. If you want us to pay for it..let us decide where and how this problem gets resolved!

They’d be allowed to “sleep/lay” anywhere?
Obstruct a walkway?
Sleep anywhere, even in front of your home?

They’re not on “shelters” because they don’t like to ,”follow rules”

With this Bill they don’t have to! They can Panhandle, and don’t have to pay taxes on the income they receive they don’t work, so they’re not paying into the system, and now they’re above the Law!

Start thinking people!
